To prepare the Duck breast with grape sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Share wind ruerne in half. The duck breast is cut into cubes on the skin side and added with the skin down on a hot pan without fat. Turn over when the skin was crisp and FRY finished at half sleep 8-10 min Pak into staniol so that they can drag with the fur-free.
Grate the tonsils Golden on a dry pan.
Saute the grapes in duck fat and add piskefløden. Add a little colour so the sauce just gets a little color. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the duck breasts in ca 1/2 cm-thick slices and place in serving dish. Pour sauce over and sprinkle the almonds over the grapes.
Serve with asparagus fries.
