To prepare the Diabetic-Brombæris served with nut diamonds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Ice: Blackberry and canderal sugar boil and mix with yoghurt. The mass is poured into molds and frozen.
Emergency triangles: All ingredients are mixed together, kept cool. Lubricate on greased parchment paper and bake in the oven for approx. 5 minutes at 200 degrees. Take out and turn, then bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut into triangles while still hot.
