0.5 | Eggs | |
0.5 | tsp | Cardamom, ground |
0.5 | tbsp | Sugar |
2 | dl | Whole milk |
25 | g | Yeast |
325 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Delicious hot wheat
To prepare the Delicious hot wheat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lukewarm milk.
Pour it into a stirrup and stir the yeast.
Add egg salt of cardamom and sugar, add the flour gradually (keep a little of the flour).
Knead the dough with a saucepan until it is light and smooth.
Let it rise for about ½ hour.
Take the dough on the table and knead it well.
Shape the dough into small balls.
Put them on a baking plate and let them rise for about 2 minutes.
Brush them and plug them in the oven for about 20 min at 200.
Let them cool off, fling them and put them at the top of the oven for 1½ min at 200 degrees C
