Ingredients for Deep-fried prawns

1 | tbsp | Oil |
1.5 | tsp | Chinese soy sauce |
100 | g | Fresh mushrooms |
2 | dl | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Potato flour |
2 | dl | Beer |
200 | g | Prawns (China shrimp) or crayfish |
3 | dl | Vegetable stock |
Instructions for Deep-fried prawns
To prepare the Deep-fried prawns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whisk flour and beer together. Style mixture to uplift in the fridge for about 3 hours.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Clean, rinse and slice the leek into thin strips. Saute mushroom and Leek in oil in a saucepan without it takes color.
Mix the cold broth with potato flour and soy sauce. Whisk it together with mushroom and leek and let it cook for a few minutes.
Arrow the prawns. Heat the oil up in a coffee role. Dip the shrimp in the batter and cook them in deep fat frying oil until golden. Let them drain on paper towel.
