Oil for frying
1Lime juice from here
1tbspSesame oil
1-2Finely sliced chilli
150gNoodles
300gChermoula without skin and bones

To prepare the Deep fried chermoula with noodles and lime and chili recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the fish into strips and toss them with flour. Warm the oil in a pan and fry the fish a couple of times (beware the not syringes) When the fish is golden on the fat-sucking paper and sprinkled with salt. Put the noodles in a large bowl and pour boiling water over it. Disassemble the noodles with a fork. Let stand 3-4 minutes. Drain and toss the noodles with chilli, lime and fresh coriander. Server to the good fish.
