Instructions for DAIM cake in

To prepare the DAIM cake in recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip eggs and sugar into a frothy white mass, mix vanilla sugar milk oil and chopped daim in.

Melt the white chocolate in a Bain Marie or microwave but watch out for in micro oven that it does not fall prey to on.

Mix the chocolate and coffee together in a bowl for one coffee must be hot. When it is touched together put it in cake.

Now add flour and baking powder to the dough is soft.

The batter is poured into a baking pan ca. 23x33 cm. bake the cake in the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 35 minutes.

Glaze: melt the white chocolate. Mix it with coffee. Add the vanilla sugar and icing sugar until it has the consistency as alm. glaze, benefit the on the baked and cooled cake. Sprinkle chopped daim beyond the glaze so it stuck.

Tips:
This cake is go to adults and children. Really go for after dinner coffee or as a dessert with ice cream.
