Instructions for Cutlets in foil
To prepare the Cutlets in foil recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven and adjust to 200 degrees.
Lay the chops on each piece of foil and season with salt and pepper. Fold the foil so that the other ingredients can be placed on top of the cutlets without flowing out.
Clean the pears and cut them into slices and spread them on top of the chops with champpignons and peeled tomatoes, and 1 tablespoon of ketchup on each cutlet.
Close the foil around the cutlets and put them in a refractory dish or frying pan and place them in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Oven for 40 minutes.
Serve with loose rice.
