To prepare the Cucumber Salad (Tsatsikji) recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yogurt (3 - 3 1/3 dl) pour into a coffee filter and set for dripping for a few hours - any longer - so the drop can run away. As an alternative to yogurt, quark can be used, which should not be drained before use.

Peel the cucumber and tear it on the coarse part of a roast iron. Sprinkle the cracked cucumber with a little salt and leave it covered for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and squeeze garlic cloves into the dripping yogurt, which is also added to olive oil, a little vinegar, salt and pepper.
