Ingredients for Crispbread with apricots

1 | dl | Raisins |
1 | dl | Dried apricots |
1.5 | dl | Cold porridge |
2 | dl | Wholemeal rye flour |
2 | dl | Water |
25 | g | Yeast |
6 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Crispbread with apricots
To prepare the Crispbread with apricots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the apricots. Crumble the yeast in a bowl. Heat the water to the fingers and pour it over the yeast. Stir around until the yeast is dissolved. Add porridge, rye flour, wheat flour, raisins and salt and mix well. Eat the dough on a flour plate, approx. 5 minutes. Add if necessary. More flour, the dough must be smooth. Sprinkle flour into a bowl, put the dough in and let it rise for approx. 30 minutes. Pour up the dough, roll it out and shape it to 1 loaf or more buns. Place the bread on a plate and allow it to rise under a further 30 minutes. Brush the bread with yogurt and bag it at 200 degrees for approx. 25 minutes. Let the bread cool on a grate.
