All ingredients are mixed together.
The dough is divided into 2 equal parts
Roll out one by one between 2 pieces of baking paper
Subsequently you "research" in large pieces one wishes by using a pizza wheel. (I usually roll 4 x 4 with the wheel per plate)
Put in a 200 degree hot oven (hot air) for 12-15 minutes. They must not be too dark.
In that case they are just bright enough, but seem to work, you can take them out and let them cool off on the hot plate - it gives just a little extra crispness.
