1dlPumpkin seeds
1dlOatmeal
1dlFlax seed
1dlSesame seeds
1dlSunflower kernels
1.25dlOil
2dlWater
2.5tspSalt
3.5dlWheat flour

Instructions for Crispbread 02

To prepare the Crispbread 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Oatmeal, sesame seed, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, wheat flour, baking soda and salt stirred together. Add water and oil and stir to a smooth dough that is divided into 2 equal portions.

Roll them out between 2 pieces of wax paper, take the top layer and cut them out with a pizza knife into desired size pieces.

Bake at 200 degrees C in 15-20 minutes.

Tips:
The dough is very easy to work with and you can do it all in the food processor, with knives or dough hooks.
