Instructions for Creme brullee
To prepare the Creme brullee recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set the oven at 150 degrees.
Warm cream and a vanilla pod in a saucepan up to just below the boiling point. Take the Pan from the heat and let it soak about 10 minutes under the lid. Remote vanillestangen.
Beat the egg yolks with half the sugar and airy, stir in the warm vanillefløde in.
Sieve the cream into 4 serving molds.
Behind the cream in a hot water bath that reaches halfway up molds 40-50 min. to the cream is stiffened. Let the cream be chilled in the refrigerator.
