To prepare the Creamy pasta monkey with ham, sugar peas and red pepper recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the sugar peas into slices, cut pepper and onions in tern and chop the garlic well. Put the pasta over and boil as directed on the package. Saute ham and the 2 kinds of onions in a little oil until they are light golden. Bring peas and peppers and sauté for another 1-2 minutes. Then stir the cream in. Give a boil. Pour the water from the pasta and turn it into the sauce.
Server with eg. A sprinkle of freshly baked parmesan, a green salad and coarse bread.
