To prepare the Cream with strawberries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the cream to the boil with the battered vanilla. Whip egg plums well with sugar. Place the house block in cold water. Pour the boiled cream into the egg yolk while whipping. Knock the house block out of water and put it in the warm egg mixture. Cut a third of the strawberries into slices, chop one third and leave the rest whole. Mix the chopped strawberries in the cream when it is semi-cold. Whip the cream stiff and turn it into the cream when it has a consistency like thick baking. Bring it in a well-washed edge shape. Let the edge stiffen. Turn the edge onto the serving dish, decorate with sliced strawberries and get the whole in the middle of the rim.
