Instructions for Cream gourd with mashed potatoes
To prepare the Cream gourd with mashed potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The veal cut is cut into big tern. Half of the butter is browned in a thickened pot, and the meat is well baked with stirring and picked up.
The rest of the butter is browned in the pot. The sliced onions are browned in the butter for a few minutes.
Meat and tomato purée is added and it is quilted up with water. Turn to medium heat, lay on and simmer for approx. 2 hours to the meat is almost tender.
Then take off the lid and the cream and thyme are joined by the grated potato. Simmer for 25 minutes at low heat.
For the last 5 minutes, the chopped champingnons are served, and finally the chopped parsley is reversed.
The sleeper must have a creamy consistency. If it is too thin, take the meat and give the sauce a boil for 20 minutes before the meat is left.
Served with mashed potatoes.
