To prepare the Crème brulée a la Hauser recipe, please follow these instructions:
To make the world's second best dessert: Set the oven to 125 gr of heat. Beat the egg yolks with half of the sugar until it forms a homogeneous yellow-white mixture.
Boil the cream with milk, cinnamon stick and the rest of the sugar. Beat the cinnamon and pour the mixture over the whipped egg yolks.
Mix everything well together and benefit (serving shapes / bowls, at least refractory, but that means Peter can take a bigger bowl with, for example, 35cm diameter if sore ...).
Put them in a water bath in the pan.
