To prepare the Cowboy pork and beans recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir half of the sugar into the beans and pour it into a large ovenproof dish. Stir tomato ketchup, the rest of the sugar, salt pepper and mustard together. Grease one side of the flask and place it with the lubricated side down, roofed over the beans. Grease the rest of the sauce over the flask. Place the dish in a hot oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour until the flask is cooked.
