Ingredients for Courgettekage

125 | g | Wheat flour |
125 | g | Raisins |

5 | tbsp | Honey |
Instructions for Courgettekage
To prepare the Courgettekage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven.
Stir honey and oil together and whip the eggs in one at a time.
Rinse the courgettes and tear them on the fine side of the grater.
Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour the dough into a greased baking sheet.
Pour the cake in the middle of the oven. For about 60 minutes at 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
tips:
Hang the cake in the mold, put a damp cloth over and let it stand a little.
Variation:
The zucchini can be replaced by cracked carrots.
