To prepare the Cookies American style recipe, please follow these instructions:
Ginger, sugar, margarine and vanilla are mixed. The egg is mixed in. The rest of the ingredients are mixed in.
The dough is rolled into a sausage with a diameter of approx. 10 cm. The sausage / dough comes in the freezer.
When frozen, pick it up and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. The slices are laid on a baking sheet in good time as they flatten out.
Bake for about 10-11 min at 175 degrees.
