100 | g | Durummel |
15 | g | Yeast |
2 | tsp | Salt |
5 | dl | Water |
500 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Cold-fried buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
You dissolve the yeast in the honey, add water, stir and then stuff the flour.
Then put it in the fridge with a plate over until the next day. The dough is very sticky so use two spoons to take the appropriate klumber dough on a baking sheet with. REMEMBER! The balls raise a lot in the oven, so make big spaces between them.
They should be baked at 200 degrees for half an hour in the middle of the oven.
