1 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | tbsp | Liquid glucose syrup |
200 | g | White chocolate, to cover |
25 | g | Chokolademoccabønner, for garnish |
250 | g | Dark chocolate |

To prepare the Coffee truffle with white chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chocolate chopped and melted over a water bath. The cream to the boil with the syrup and coffee. The cooker 5 minutes, filtered and whipped in the melted chocolate.
