Ingredients for Coconut Macaroons

2Whole eggs
4Egg yolks
4Egg whites
4dlSugar
4-500gDesiccated coconut

Instructions for Coconut Macaroons

To prepare the Coconut Macaroons recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the whites until very stiff with electric beater.
whip 1 dl. the sugar in it. Then gently turn over another 1 dl. sugar in.
Stir yolks and whole eggs, along with the rest of the sugar. Vend in desiccated coconut.
Finally, gently turn the whites in mass. The mass should be firm. Be varied with desiccated coconut.
Put on baking sheets with baking paper with 2 teaspoons (about 3. plates)
Bake in alm. oven at 200 c or hot air oven at 180 c for 12 min.
Let makronerne cool and congeal on a grate.

Dip, if desired. in melted chocolate.
