To prepare the Cocktail biscuits with oats recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat and add the water and bring to the boil. Put oatmeal in a bowl. Pour the liquid over and stir. Let it soak about 30 minutes. Stir in the spices, salt and half of grahamsmelet. Knead the dough together and roll it out on a table well sprinkled with the rest of the grahamsmelet. Jack biscuits out approximately 6 cm in diameter and prick them with a fork. Put them on a plate with wax paper and bake them in the middle of a hot oven at 200 degrees 15-18 minutes.
