With a vame knife cut the chocolate into 6 pieces across. Put a piece of filodej on a table top and brush with a little whipped egg. Put another dough plate over the first and brush again with the egg. Cut the dough into squares. Put a piece of chocolate bar on a squares. Fold the two short ends over the chocolate and butter with more eggs. Roll the dough together so that the chocolate is fully wrapped. Do it with the rest of the dough. Put the rolling rolls cold for 30 minutes. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Heat 5 cm oil in a large pan to 180-190 degrees. Turn the filo rolls into cinnamon sugar and serve sprinkled with roasted nuts.
