Ingredients for Ciabatta pieces
1 | tbsp | Olive oil |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
14 | dl | Wheat flour |
15 | g | Yeast |
5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Ciabatta pieces
To prepare the Ciabatta pieces recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast in the lukewarm water. Pour most of the flour into a bowl of salt, olive oil and sugar. Eat it all about 10 min.
Brush a bowl of olive oil and pour the dough into it. Cover it and allow it to rise for 1 hour.
Bring the dough on a table with lots of flour and form it into pieces of approx. 30-45 cm. Bring flour on the top of the dough.
NOTE! Do not knead the dough more after it has risen.
Cut the dough into 4 elongated pieces and cut them in the middle to make them about 12x15 cm.
Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper. They must not stand too close together.
Let the pieces rise for approx. 2 hours.
Turn on the oven at 200 ° C. Bag them for approx. 25 min. At the bottom of the oven.

TIP: We use them as burger buns or for lunches.
