Dumlekarameller
1dlA38 cheasy
1Orange peel and juice from here
1dlSkimmed milk
2Eggs
2Vanilla pod
200gBananas
270gSugar
300gWheat flour
50gDark chocolate
6tspBaking soda
6tspCocoa

Instructions for Chokolademuffins with dumlekaramel

To prepare the Chokolademuffins with dumlekaramel recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the eggs thoroughly with sugar, add mashed banana, chopped chocolate and the rest of the ingredients except the dumlekaramellerne. Fill the batter into muffin cups.

Behind the cakes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for approximately 5-6 minutes.

Put a Dumlekaramel on top of each muffin. Behind again by 180 degrees c. alm. oven for about 30 mins. for they have been baked and Dumlekaramellerne are molten.

Tips:
You can omit the chopped chocolate, if you think that it will be for vammelt when there also must Dumlekaramel on! But should just be said to it now tastes good with chocolate in.:)
