Ingredients for Chocolate Rand

120 | g | Wheat flour |
12-14 | Valdnøddekerner | |
170 | g | Granulated sugar |
2 | tbsp | Strong coffee |
200 | g | Butter or margarine |
4 | Egg yolks | |
4 | Egg whites |
Instructions for Chocolate Rand
To prepare the Chocolate Rand recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Melt the grease and pour it into a stirring bowl. Add flour and egg yolks one at a time. Pipes for the mass are light and airy.
2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
3. Whip egg whites stiff.
4. Stir the chocolate into the egg mixture, add flour and finally turn the egg whites into.
5. Pour the dough into a greased edge shape and bak the cake 40-50min at 175-200 degrees.
6. Turn the cake on a grate, but let the mold remain until the cake is cold.
7. Melt chocolate and pour the coffee. Lubricate the cake with icing and decorate with the nuts.
TIP: Can be served as dessert with ice cream or whipped cream in the middle.

The 175-200 degrees are at alm. oven.
