To prepare the Chocolate parfait recipe, please follow these instructions:
The eggs and half of the sugar, beat white. The remaining sugar, water and cacao boils up and poured under still whipping in egg mixture, then beat the cold and breezy. Herein, invert the melted chocolate and the letpiskede cream. Fill it all in a mold and freeze it for a minimum of 2 hours.
Server chokaladeparfaiten with toasted almonds and white chocolate sauce.
