Instructions for Chocolate palmiers
To prepare the Chocolate palmiers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grease 2 bake plates easily. Peel the chocolate and mix with 25g of sugar. On a table top that is lightly sprinkled with flour, roll the dough to a 20 cm square and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar. Prepare to roll the dough until the square measures approx. 28 cm across. Sprinkle with the whipped egg and sprinkle with the chocolate mixture. Roll the dough together from one side to the center, then roll the other side so that the two rolls meet in the middle. Butter with a little whipped egg on the mistake where the two rolls meet. With a sharp knife, thin slices are now cut across the rollers. Roll them slightly with the cake roll so they are flat and then place them on the baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for approx. 10 min until golden. Place the biscuits for cooling on a baker. Then sugar is sprayed over.
