Instructions for Chocolate mousse X

To prepare the Chocolate mousse X recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath. Put the house blend in cold water for 5 minutes. Whip the cream to the froth. Whip the egg whites with the sugar, to a tender meringue.

When the chocolate is melted, stir the egg yolks into the hot chocolate. Take the hub and melt it in a bowl of water hanging over a water bath. Pour the house leaf into the chocolate and then stir the chocolate into the whipped cream. Finally turn the marlin into the chocolate box-

Pour the mousse into a saucepan, bowl, or dessert glass and put it in a cool order so that it can sit down.
