4 | Pasteurized egg yolks | |
4 | Small daim (at least) | |
7.5 | dl | Cream |

To prepare the Chocolate mousse with daim and turtles ala Inez recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt chocolate shells and possibly alm. Milk chocolate over the water bath - do not be close to the toads.
Pour some cream in to make the chocolate easier to work with.
Add pasteurized egg yolks and stir until the mixture is smooth.
Whip the whipped cream and turn the chocolate mixture into.
Crush Daim in the desired amount and mix into the mousse that is crushed
Pour in a serving glass and stir for 4-5 hours
S server with a little whipped cream and crushed daim on top.
tips:
All amounts are approx. And you definitely do not have to drop the plans to make the mousse because you have less of something or more of something else. This can hardly go wrong.
