200 | g | Chocolate, dark |
75 | g | Sugar |

To prepare the Chocolate mousse (microwave) II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour water into a measuring glass and add sugar and lemon juice.
Put it in the oven for 3 minutes at 100%.
Bring the chocolate into pieces and put them in a glass bowl. Load plastic film and melt the chocolate in the oven for 2 minutes at 100%.
Whip with a hand whisk and add the sugar mixture. Mix well and add whipping cream.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the refrigerator.
