To prepare the Chocolate ice cream, Gerda's recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the egg whites until fluffy with sugar.
Whip the cream and then pour it gently along with the egg whites.
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan and pour it very gently in egg mixture.
Pour ice into molds and freeze them for about 6 hours to a day.
