1.5 | dl | Sugar |
180 | g | Soft butter |
180 | g | Milk chocolate |
2.3 | dl | Milk |
3 | tbsp | Cocoa powder |
50 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Chocolate frosting (not too sweet, but just right)
To prepare the Chocolate frosting (not too sweet, but just right) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt milk chocolate and allow to cool to room temperature.
In a small pot, bring sugar, flour, cocoa and milk into boil. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes as thick as pudding. Take the pot from the heat and put the mixture in a small bowl and let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
When the mixture is cooled, soften the butter until it becomes completely creamy (about 1 minute).
Then whip the chilled milk chocolate for about 2 minutes.
Now the frost can spread on a whole cake or about 25 cupcakes.
tips:
If desired, add more cocoa powder to taste (up to 4 tablespoons.) Both salt and unsalted butter can be used.
