To prepare the Chocolate cupcakes with jam recipe, please follow these instructions:

CUPCAKES: Whip egg, sugar and vanilla sugar into an egg snap.
Melt the butter with the water.
Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking soda in a bowl and gently push it down into the egg nipple.
Add the marmalade and the chopped chocolate and finally the melted butter and stir it all around.
