1 | dl | Water |
1 | tsp | Oatmeal |
100 | g | Sugar |
105 | g | Desiccated coconut |
150 | g | Butter |
180 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Cocoa |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
3 | Egg yolks | |
3 | Egg whites |
Instructions for Chocolate coconut cake
To prepare the Chocolate coconut cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 175 degrees and light the mold. Stir butter and sugar white and foaming. Add the egg yolks one at a time. Mix flour, coconut flour and baking soda together and pour / alternate (butter / sugar mixture) with the milk. Whip the egg whites easily stiff and turn it into the dough.
Put the dough in the mold and in the oven for 45 minutes.

Boil the water in a small saucepan.
Mix sugar and cocoa together and pour it into the pan, whip the icing evenly.
Cook it for about 10 minutes until it is thickened and let the icing cool and stir the vanilla sugar and butter. Butter the icing over the cake.
tips:
If you like the cake a bit, take it out 5 minutes before.
