To prepare the Chocolate coating (2) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chocolate and melt it in a dish in a water bath. Cut the butter into cubes. Take the Bowl out of the water bath and add the butter in small portions while stirring. Make sure that the chocolate absorb the butter before added a new portion. Finally, add the whipping cream. Does the cover a bit too hot, let it cool off before use.
This chocolate coating lends itself well to baked cakes and desserts. The coating withstands being reheated in water bath. Can remain for several days in the refrigerator.
