To prepare the Chocolate Cake (Heavy)-The Good recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath.

Grate must be from an orange, fine, with grater.

Boil orange juice from all oranges and coffee with sugar. Boil to syrup.

The melted chocolate mass is poured into the mixer. Stir gently with the flour, add the orange zest. Add the eggs one at a time.

Pour into greased form with baking paper. Bake at 170 degrees for about 35 minutes.

Chocolate recommended Valhrona «Manjari (64%) Or Callebaut dark (approximately 57%)

Butter recommended Danish ecologically.

You can abstain from wheat flour. The cake will be given more soggy and is almost liquid after finishing the baking time.

This is close to a ganache. Tastes wonderful. An honest product.
