Ingredients for Chocolate-Baking pan-cake with coconut

1.5 | tbsp | Butter or margarine |
100 | g | Sugar |
180 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | dl | Cream |
2.5 | tbsp | Cocoa |

Instructions for Chocolate-Baking pan-cake with coconut
To prepare the Chocolate-Baking pan-cake with coconut recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. stir in fat and sugar together. Come in egg yolks, one at a time.
2. mix flour, desiccated coconut, cocoa and baking powder and stir it in alternating with the cream.
3. Whip egg whites, not too stiff and turn them into the dough. Pour this in a well-oiled baking pan, 20 x 30 cm and behind the good heat, 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Glaze: 1. Bring water to boil, add sugar and cocoa, whip the glaze smooth and let it boil for about 10 minutes or until it is chewy and viscous.
2. Let the glaze cool slightly, stir in the vanilla and the cold of the fatty substance in and pour it over the cooled cake. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and cut the cake into slices on 3x6 cm.
Tips:
Working hours: ca. 25 minutes baking time: approx. 35 min. + chilling cooking time: ca. 10 min. glaze baking pan: 20x30x4 cm. Tips: the glaze can be swapped out with 150 g melted chocolate.
