Instructions for Chinese vegetables with chicken
To prepare the Chinese vegetables with chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the vegetables. Chop the onions, share the carrots in two and cut them into fine strips lengthwise. cut the bell peppers, mushrooms, cabbage and celery into thin slices. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips. Brown chicken meat in the oil for about 2 minutes. Use a large pot or possibly. a wok. Saute the onions, carrots and cabbage for approx. 3 minutes. Peel a piece of ginger and grate it on the fine side of a grater. You will need about 2 tsp. Add the celery and bell pepper and sauté it with in about 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms, bean sprouts and grated ginger and sauté it with additional ca. 2 minutes. Add the soy and season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice and wholemeal bread.
