To prepare the Chinese tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the meat in a marinade of garlic, soy, sherry and hoisinsauce and let it soak for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Grill the meat about 25 mins., not too close to the coals, or indirectly in charcoal grill.
Tips:
