Ingredients for Chinese sweet sour sauce

The white of 1 leek, cut into thin slices
Freshly ground pepper
Salt
½Fruit mixture from canned
1cloveMinced garlic
1tbspGinger syrup
1Little sprinkle kryddernellike powder
1tbspCorn flour
1dlAlmond oil
2stemsFinely chopped celery
2smallPieces pressed ginger root

Instructions for Chinese sweet sour sauce

To prepare the Chinese sweet sour sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Saute vegetables and garlic in oil. Take the vegetables from and save them if necessary. for a soup.

Pour all the remaining ingredients except the fruit mixture and maizenaen in a pan. Let them boil for 10 minutes. Add the udrørte corn flour. Add the drained fruit mixture together with a few spoonfuls of the juice from the can.

Warm gently through the sauce before serving.
