Ingredients for Chinese rice with shrimps

1 | tbsp | Chinese soy |
1 | dl | Oil |
1 | Red bell pepper, diced | |
2 | teacup | Organic rice |
200 | g | Bacon |
3 | dl | Frozen peas |
4 | teacup | Water |
400 | g | Shrimp-like large |
6 | Whole eggs |
Instructions for Chinese rice with shrimps
To prepare the Chinese rice with shrimps recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rice, water and 1 tbsp. Oil boil in a pan with lid for approx. 40 min. Then pour on a dish and descend without clumping.
Bacon cut into strips and fry in 1 dl. oil. When they are crisp they are taken up.
6 whole eggs whipped together with soy and pour into the oil from bacon. Stir all the time. When the eggs start to stiff, add the peas and peppers and prawns. Then add the cooked rice and mix all together and add salt with salt.
