Ingredients for China shrimp as at Thule
0.5 | dl | Oil for frying |
1 | tsp | Crushed chilli |
1 | tbsp | Crused red pepper |
1 | tbsp | Grated garlic |
1 | tbsp | Grated ginger |
2 | dl | Good olive oil or cold-pressed sesame oil |
2 | dl | Soy sauce |
750 | g | China shrimp (Vietnamese) |
Instructions for China shrimp as at Thule
To prepare the China shrimp as at Thule recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the shrimp in a saucepan of boiling water and let them Cook 4-5 min. They must not boil too long, so they are cool.
Rinse/cool them in cold water and let them drain.
Mix the ingredients in a dish with high sides and put the chilled shrimp in it. Root the prawns well rounded in the marinade.
Style shrimp with the marinade into the fridge for the next day.
Heat the oil in a frying pan (the ½ dl) and fry the prawns but even heat 5-7 my.
Serve with good bread (possibly 24-hour) and a good white wine.
