2 | Coarsely chopped onions | |
2 | can | White beans in tomato |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | tbsp | Oil or butter |
2 | dl | Tomato puree |
500 | g | Minced beef |
Instructions for Chili cin carne
To prepare the Chili cin carne recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the onion and garlic.
FRY it in oil or melted butter in a pan until they are nicely Golden.
Com in beef and sauté it with until it is brown.
A little after, add tomato puree, broth or red wine, as well as the chopped red chillies.
Let the bugs, covered, for 10 minutes, add the white beans in tomato and oregano, salt and pepper.
It all småkoger 10 minutes, season and serve.
Served in a soup bowl and eaten with a spoon, and good rustic bread.
