0.5dlWater
1tbspDijon mustard
1Red chili pepper
2kgChicken
4Large onion thinly sliced
5tbspPeanut oil

Instructions for Chicken yassa (Chicken yassa)

To prepare the Chicken yassa (Chicken yassa) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix lemon juice, onion, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and the 5 tbsp. peanut oil. Part 6-8 the chicken in pieces and add to the marinade and place them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees C, take the chicken pieces out of the bowl and fry them at the top of the oven until they are lightly tanned skins of about 15 minutes.

Remove the onions from the marinade, and fry them in a pan over low heat until they are tender. It takes approximately 15 minutes.

Add the remaining marinade to the Pan and warm it up the oven-fried chicken pieces,. Add the whole chili pepper, dijon mustard and water. Bring it all to a boil, reduce heat to weak and småkog for 20 minutes, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
