1.25dlTomato ketchup
2Lime juice from here
2tbspPaprika
4Chicken fillets Skinless

Instructions for Chicken spears

To prepare the Chicken spears recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the chickens into small squares like a double clot.
Mix ketchup, paprika, lime juice and cayenne pepper together and put the chickens in and let it rest for 3 hours.
Then turn the oven on to 250 C *
Slice the chickens on a spoon and put them in the oven for approx. 15 minutes. Server with eg. Rice, pomfritter or pasta.
