Instructions for Chicken potato on bottom
To prepare the Chicken potato on bottom recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices (new potatoes scrubbed only). Got them in a roasting pan.
Onion peeled and cut into half rings, garlic finely chopped and chopped Rosemary. It is mixed with potatoes.
Water, oil, salt and pepper into the potato-onion mixture.
Clean the chicken, part it in 8 pieces, and season with salt. Put them on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle paprika on top.
The chicken is put in the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven and FRY about 1 hour or to the potatoes are tender. Optionally, add a little more water if it evaporates.
Serve with a good salad and a piece of wholemeal bread.
