To prepare the Chicken legs with honey and lemon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pat your thighs dry, and put them in a heat-proof platter.
Warm the honey, and benefit on top of the skin.
Put a thin slice of lemon on each and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and thyme.
FRY your thighs in the middle of the oven about 45 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven until they are through fried.
Serve with pasta mixed with a bit of juices, grated lemon peel and a little rough lemon pepper, and vegetables.
