400-500 | g | Chicken fillet |
5 | dl | Cream |
Instructions for Chicken in tomato-cream sauce
To prepare the Chicken in tomato-cream sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start roasting the chicken fillets on a medium pan. (They must not be too crisp, but must be cooked until they are white inside)
Meanwhile, stir the tomato puree together with the cream, spices and squeezed garlic. Add some sugar or Beauvais ketchup, as the tomato puree will be too sour in taste.
Spread some milk if the sauce seems too thick (it must be creamy)
Cut the chickens into large mouthpieces when they are fried and put them in a refractory dish.
Then put the onion and coctail sausages in, pour the sauce over and finish with lef fried bacon on top.
Place in the oven for about 25-35 minutes at 200c.
Meanwhile, the rice is boiled according to the instructions on the package.
Server possibly. With flutes.
